Casa Luna

is a 2 bedroom townhouse which suits up to 4 people. The townhouse is in traditional stone set on 3 levels. You enter from the village street leading off the piazza into the lounge which has a log burning fire. The dining room and kitchen are accessed from this lounge.

Stairs lead up to the mezzanine level, where the bathroom and the first double bedroom are located. Please note there are no windows in the mezzanine bedroom. The bathroom is fully modernised with white fittings including a bidet & a shower with grey floor tiles.

A further double bedroom is located on the next level, accessed via a staircase from the mezzanine bedroom. There is a lovely view of Malgrate Castle from this bedroom.

There is no garden access from Casa Luna

Please note that this property is not suitable for families with young children or people with restricted mobility.

La Cantina was created from the stone storage cellars for wine and olives. There is a large open plan living area as you enter through the archway on the left featuring a 17th century vaulted ceiling and two windows .

There is a mezzanine bedroom which leads through to large fully modernized bathroom with shower and bidet with a view of the mountains and Malgrate Castle.

On the next level, the kitchen and dining area is accessed via a locally handcrafted staircase which opens onto a sunny terrace and terraced garden from French patio doors. Stairs from the back garden lead down onto the road below our village to our parking space & garage.
